Job Title: Back-End Developer
Role Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Back-End Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services across our enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean architecture, secure API development, microservices, and high-availability systems that power enterprise and fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and C#
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support enterprise applications
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and IAM solutions such as Keycloak
- Build and maintain microservices architectures for scalable distributed systems
- Work with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven systems
- Design and manage relational databases including MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of backend services
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab Runner
- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Boot framework
- Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Security, and JPA/Hibernate
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development
- Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server)
- Experience using Git and Maven for version control and build management
- Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments
- Experience with OAuth2/JWT authentication mechanisms
