Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical & electrical faults using diagnostic equipment
• Service, repair and maintain light & heavy vehicles
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment and safety standards
• Complete job cards and report to Workshop Foreman
• Keep up to date with new automotive technology

Requirements

• Journeyman Class One Certificate in Motor Mechanics – mandatory
• Minimum 5 years proven experience as an auto mechanic
• Experience working in a large workshop/garage environment
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle technologies and systems
• Must be able to use diagnostic machines and related computer software
• At least 5 O’Levels including English and Maths
• Reliable, strong fault-finding skills, petrol & diesel engines, team player, works under pressure
