ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE OFFICER – Zimtile

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing of incoming goods.
• Perform report analysis on inventory levels, shipment data, and operational metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Maintaining inventory records.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve problems.
• Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or inventory control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and report analysis tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
