JOB TITLE: Assistant Videographer /Photographer
REPORTING TO: Digital & CSR Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Marketing

MAIN PURPOSE

The Assistant Videographer/Photographer supports the creative team in producing high-quality visual content that showcases the brand, products, and customer experience. This role is entry-level and ideal for someone passionate about food photography, videography, and storytelling within a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Content Creation

• • Assist in shooting and editing videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

  • Capture product photography (menu items, promotions, packaging) with attention to detail and brand guidelines.

  • Support in creating behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content to highlight the company’s culture and customer experience.

• Production Support

  • Set up lighting, cameras, and other equipment during shoots.

  • Organize and maintain photography/videography gear.

  • Assist senior videographers/photographers with creative direction and execution.

• Post-Production

  • Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and is optimized for digital platforms.

• Collaboration & Administration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver content for campaigns and promotions.

  • Maintain an organized archive of photo and video assets.

  • Support in brainstorming creative ideas for new content formats.

COMPETENCIES

• Good knowledge of photography and videography techniques.

• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).

• Strong eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Passion for food, branding, and digital media.

• Media related/Film Production qualifications are an advantage.

• Animation skills are an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

• Own camera is a must. Other gear such as lighting are an advantage but not absolutely necessary.
