JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Results Manager, the purpose of the job is to ensure the efficient production of O level and A level examination results and certificates and their delivery to the respective centers so that they get to their rightful owners.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
THE INCUMBENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Collection of O level and A level answer sheets from regional office
Monitor the receiving, logging, form preparation and batching of answer sheets
Process O level and A level answer sheets using an optical mark reader
Loading of marks via the Scan Centre and running Mark Input Progress reports
Request and distribute scaling, grading and grade review documents
Drafting O level and A level examinations time tables
Request of audit trail and interpret it
Liaise with sister section, i.e. Transport, Entries, Examiner Records, Accounts, Confirmation and Human Resources on leave and manpower requirements
Manage answer sheets and ensure proper storage for future referencing
Maintain certificate reprints tape data
Receive queries from stakeholders and mark requests
Prepare monthly reports
Prepare annual budgets for the sections
Draft examination circulars that accompany results
Manage the disposal of past examination papers
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
2 Advanced Level subject’s passes
Diploma in General Management
A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Management/Education Management or Administration
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Computer literacy
Ability to train subordinates
Good written and oral communication skills
Knowledge on how to scan and error communication
Permanent member with official secrecy
Must possess analytical skills
Must have good leadership qualities
