Duties And Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the School allocated or stationed
Managing student admissions, registration and examination processes
Maintenance of records such as assets registers,
Maintaining financial records, compile and monitor School/ Institute/Directorate budgets
Supervision of administrative personnel in the School/ Institute/Directorate
Servicing of School/ Institute/Directorate meetings and any other University Committees
Implementation of University policies.
Qualifications And Experience

Graduate Business School/School of Health Science and Technology/Institute of Lifelong Learning and Development Studies
Requirements
The applicant should be a holder of a Social Science degree or related area. Possession of a relevant Master’s degree will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five (5) years relevant post qualification experience in university administration at a management position. Knowledge of statutes and acts that govern higher education is a requirement and an in-depth knowledge of university student registration and graduation processes, systems, policies and procedure is essential. The applicant should possess good writing and oral communication skills. Good digital skills are a requirement.
