Position Summary
The Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe (EACZ) is a statutory body created in terms of the Estate Agents Act Chapter 27:17 to regulate the registration and practice of estate agents in Zimbabwe. The incumbent will  assist the Registrar of Estate Agents Council in thefollowing areas:
⦁ Driving EACZ Strategy
⦁ Registration of Estate Agents and Estate Agents Firms
⦁ Regulating the operations of Registered Estate Agents and ensuring compliance with the Act
⦁ Managing the compliance framework as required in the Act and relevant statutory instruments.
⦁ Manage EACZ Secretariat and ensure a culture that engenders trust in the real estate industry as real estate is the main investment vehicle for individuals, corporates and Government
⦁ De-registration of non-compliant firms and individuals.
⦁ Manage the EACZ electoral processes in compliance with the EAC election regulations
⦁ Manage the EACZ Examinations processes
⦁ Manage the EACZ AML/CFT Governance of the Real Estate Sector as a competent supervisory authority rduding representation of Real Estate Industry at National level
⦁ Manage stakeholder engagement from general membership, through taw enforcement and reporting to Ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs and Financial Inteiigence Unit.
⦁ Manage the Compensation Fund as dictated in the Act and supporting statutory instruments

Qualifications and experience
A degree in any relevant position such as Property Management, Law, Risk Management and General Management fields is required.
Advanced qualifications such as an MBA would be an added advantage.
At least 5 years’ experience in Real Estate, regulation, audit of which three (3) years should be at managerial level.
