JOB DESCRIPTION
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position of Assistant Operations Manager which have arisen within our company, an IT company based in Eastlea Harare.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the person will be responsible for the following
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Mapping out plans that will be of benefit to the company, making sure that the plans are put into good use.
- Helping in the sales and distribution of products offered by the company.
- Making sure that there is smooth movement (delivery) of goods/services from the company to customers at all times.
- Invoicing and doing quotations
- Dealing with tenders
- Managing the senior operations manager’s diary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree, diploma or certificate in the following areas-business administration, business management, private secretarial, business practice or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the above mentioned areas
