Assistant Mechanic : Nash Paints

Job Summary

Nash Paints is looking for Assistant Mechanics to be part of the workshop mechanical team.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Identify mechanical problems, often by using diagnostic equipment
• Attending to breakdowns
• Reviewing and implementing workshop operating procedure
• Ordering of vehicle spares and completion of job cards
• Test parts and systems of all vehicles to ensure that they are working properly
• Performing basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, giving tune-ups, checking fluid levels and rotating tyres
• Repair of replace worn parts such as brake pads, wheel bearings, etc

Qualifications And Experience

• Diploma/Certificate in Automotive engineering or Mechanics
• 1 year experience in the field
• Ability to manage time
• Problem solving skills
• Analytical skills
