The position exists to conduct regular environmental scans and assessments to give informative insight to Bank strategies and projects to enhance competitiveness, business development and technologies.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Gather and conduct impact analysis on economic updates and market conditions to inform business processes and decision making.
• Review National Policy announcements (fiscal and monetary policy) and recommend opportunities for business growth and product enhancements.
• Conduct periodic competitor analysis and measure the Bank’s competitiveness against industry and best practice.
• Conduct market analysis for new product development to ascertain feasibility and market preferences for product adoption.
• Continuous research to stay abreast with new trends and changing environment in order to maintain best practice standards
Qualifications And Experience
• First in Degree in Economics, Finance and Investments, or related degree;
• Professional certification in related fields is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years work experience in a similar or related function.
