The position exists to conduct regular environmental scans and assessments to give informative insight to Bank strategies and projects to enhance competitiveness, business development and technologies.
DUTIES
Role Profile:
Gather and conduct impact analysis on economic updates and market conditions to inform business processes and decision making.
Review National Policy announcements (fiscal and monetary policy) and recommend opportunities for business growth and product enhancements.
Conduct periodic competitor analysis and measure the Bank’s competitiveness against industry and best practice.
Conduct market analysis for new product development to ascertain feasibility and market preferences for product adoption.
Continuous research to stay abreast with new trends and changing environment in order to maintain best practice standards
Qualifications and Skills:
First in Degree in Economics, Finance and Investments, or related degree;
Professional certification in related fields is an added advantage.
3-5 years work experience in a similar or related function.
