Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following vacancies which have risen within the Zimbabwe Land Commission Secretariat.

Post :Assistant Manager Land Audit and Inspection – ZLC 3 grade. (Disputes (desk)

Station: Mat South. Manicaland & Mash West Provinces

Reporting to: Provincial Manager

Summary of duties ! Responsibilities
• Preparation of Provincial Commission Oral Hearings and presentation of case summaries of disputing parties to Provincial Commission Oral Hearings.
• Drafting of Commission resolutions and determinations for disputing parties
• Registration of farm boundary disputes and complaints on administration of agricultural land vested in the state and maintain a data base of complaints and disputes.
• Preparation and carrying out farm boundary disputes investigations.
• Compang and analysis of field farm boundary submissions of disputing parties
• To act as an intermediary between disputing parlies m items of the Land Commission Act Chapter: 2029.
• Any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor

Required Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

An Honours Degree in Law from a reputable university. Specialisation in mediation and conciliation would be an added advantage.
