Duties And Responsibilities
What we expect from you
· Develop and implement partnership initiatives.
· Lead relationship development with third parties.
· Identify, source and manage the pipeline business.
· Engage prospective partners in the development of business concepts.
· Participate in the selling of concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
· Contribute to the generation of project definition documents, project plans, risk management and checkpoint documentation.
· Manage the dissolution process as set out in the partnership agreement.
· Provide team leadership through coaching, mentoring and staff discipline.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications, Skills and experience required
· Have a degree in Marketing, Business Management or similar.
· Possession of a postgraduate qualification such as MBA, MBL or MSc is an added advantage.
· Have at least 3 years’ banking experience or similar.
· Knowledge of legal contracts and ability to negotiate is essential for this role.
· Should have strong experience in managing customers, product development and segmentation.
· Possess solid project management skills.
· Have strong persuading and influencing skills.
· Willing to travel from time to time.
