Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Assistant Engineering Planner based in Harare.

Qualifications And Experience

• National Diploma in Accounting or equivalent• Previous working experience in a similar environment would be an added advantage

Duties / Responsibilities

• Process submitted contractor invoices for engineering department.• File copies of all procurement/payment documents• Create and maintain a Credit Register and follow up on all pending invoices with suppliers Request for monthly statements from suppliers to keep payments up to date.• Generate requisitions for all Travel and Subsistence allowances• Receive travel receipts and submit Claim forms to Finance• Manage departmental costs via a tracker, advise budget limits and analyse funds usage trends.• Submit weekly and monthly reports on supplier payments status, budget utilisation and variance• Monitor Stores spares stock levels• Assist Stores department with periodic stock counts.• Generation of Department’s stores requisitions• Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
