Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to be considered for engagement in the following exciting positions that has arisen within the Institution.
ASSISTANT CURATOR OF MILITARIA
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Assistant Curator of Militaria shall be responsible for the following:
- To curate and document the existing militaria collection
- To conduct research on the militaria
- To develop and mount permanent and temporary exhibitions
- To publish research findings and carry out other advocacy programmes
- To assist in carrying out administrative duties a assigned from time to time by the Regional Director
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate should possess:-
- A degree in History.
- Diploma in Museology is an added advantage
- Computer literate.
- Possession of a valid and endorsed driver’s licence.
