Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assets Manager to oversee the management of our company’s assets across multiple branches.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, implementing effective asset management systems,and ensuring optimal utilization of assets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1 Manage and maintain accurate records of all company assets including fixed assets,vehicles, equipment,and inventory.
2.Implement and mantain an asset tracking system to monitor asset location, condition,and utilization.
3.Allocate assets effectively across branches, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
4.Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs of assets to extend their lifespan.
5.Develop and manage asset-related budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
6.Provide regular reports on asset performance, utilization, and maintenance.
7.Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
8.Work closely with branch managers,department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless asset management.

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements

1.Degree in Business Administration, Management,or related field (preferable but not mandatory)
2.Experience in asset management, operations, stock control or a related field.
3.Proven track record of effective asset management and optimization.
4.Strong analytical,organizational,and communication skills.
5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
7.Familiarity with asset management software (an advantage).
