Duties And Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Day to day management of Hauna Growth Point
Secretary to Residents committee
Assist Engineering and Technical Services Department with development control
Enforce by-laws, policies and procedures
Manage township programmes and services effectively
Supervision of all employees in the area.
Coordination of activities of all Council departments at Hauna Growth Point and Honde Valley area.
Coordinate Community development, Public and Community relations activities.
Submission of monthly and weekly returns to Management
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications And Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A Degree from a recognised university in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business studies or equivalent qualifications.
At least three (3) years post qualification experience in middle management or similar position in a Local Authority or Local government experience is an added advantage. At least 30 years old and must be mature.
Must be able to work under pressure.
A Clean Criminal record.
A clean class four drivers’ licence is an added advantage.
Must be a Zimbabwean citizen.
