Our client, a dominant player in the FMCG industry is looking for an Area Sales Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for profit growth, customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales targets and goals in allocated market areas.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals of new product sales, cross selling, and retention of current customers.
• Develop and manage customer relationships and serve as a resource to customers and potential customers on all the company’s product.
• Respond to customer needs and build strong customer relationships.
• Lead by example by demonstrating a positive proactive, ‘can do’ attitude.
Qualifications And Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of management experience.
• Experience in the FMCG or retail management experience would be an added advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence and a good driving record essential
• Willing to travel around Zimbabwe.
• Self-awareness and confidence
• Must be flexible in nature and highly motivated self-starter.
• Outstanding presentation, written, verbal and closing skills.
