This Job focuses on management of extension staff and providing agronomic advice to Tobacco Farmers.
Duties And Responsibilities
-Coordinates operations of all Field Officers,
-Mobilizes deliveries of free contracted crop
-Oversees the selection and appointment of group chairmen by group members,
-Conducts periodic Production risk assessment and Crop forecast
-Monitors and collects competitor information
-Distributes to Chairmen and farmers Inputs and consumables,
-Provides agronomic advice to the farmers,
-Monitor and report on crop progress weekly in the area,
-Ensures all recoveries, of inputs and resources like Baling Box,
