Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the vacancies of Area Manager that have arisen within First Mutual Life Assurance Company for Harare and Mutare.
The Job
- Recruitment and Selection of Sales Representatives.
- Training and Development of Sales Representatives.
- Conducting Performance Reviews and Training Needs Identification.
- Providing support to Marketing Assistants, Office Assistants and Sales Representatives.
- Managing the business procured by the unit and helping to meet and exceed targets.
- Identifying and developing potential Executive Agents.
- Ensuring attainment of personal sales production targets.
- Ensuring provision of quality service to Clients.
- Implementing the Code of Conduct
The Person
- A degree in Sales/ Marketing.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent Supervisory Skills.
