Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Application Group (AG) team to deliver Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects aligned with business priorities
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Contribute to New Product Development and Innovation (NPDI) briefs with Marketing and R&D teams
  • Maintain proper documentation of all I&R projects following NPDI and NQMS standards
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Support the commissioning of new lines, optimize existing machinery, and facilitate operator training
  • Lead initiatives to harmonize recipes and materials, reducing complexity
  • Organize and implement technical training programs for factory staff
  • Develop succession plans for the AG team
  • Support the development of operator skills across production lines
  • Ensure all team activities adhere to internal standards and quality processes
  • Deliver accurate master data, including specifications, Bill of Materials (BOMs), SAP-RM, nutritional data, and ingredient lists
