Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Application Group (AG) team to deliver Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects aligned with business priorities
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Contribute to New Product Development and Innovation (NPDI) briefs with Marketing and R&D teams
- Maintain proper documentation of all I&R projects following NPDI and NQMS standards
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Support the commissioning of new lines, optimize existing machinery, and facilitate operator training
- Lead initiatives to harmonize recipes and materials, reducing complexity
- Organize and implement technical training programs for factory staff
- Develop succession plans for the AG team
- Support the development of operator skills across production lines
- Ensure all team activities adhere to internal standards and quality processes
- Deliver accurate master data, including specifications, Bill of Materials (BOMs), SAP-RM, nutritional data, and ingredient lists

- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Process Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience in product development or R&D within the food industry
