Job Title: ANALYSIS CLERK

Reports to: The Analysis Supervisor

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checking waybills from the cash office for accuracy,
• Analyzing conductor’s waybills,
• Calculating the total kilometers covered per route, per bus and revenue collected per bus,
• Ensuring that all way bills issued to the conductors are returned
• Analyzing ticket books, checking for irregularities and advising respective authorities where necessary,
• Filing record sheets and way bill continuity,
• Inputting information into the SAP system and
• Any other lawful duties as may be assigned from time to time

Education, Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 ‘0’ Level passes with grade ‘C’ or better inclusive of English, Mathematics or Accounts.
• 25 years of age
• No criminal record
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively
• Ability to operate safety and adaptive
