Job Summary
The incumbents will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of OFDA project activities.

Key duties and Responsibilities
• Assists in planning and organizing training schedules for external stakeholders
• Assists in community mobilization and sensitization.
• Assists in beneficiary identification and registration for the project.
• Assists in facilitating agricultural trainings and monitoring of agricultural activities.
• Conducts record keeping and filing of relevant project documents at the district.
• Assists in the preparation and submission of progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Organizes and facilitating community level meetings.
• Receives feedback from the community on the project activities.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Agriculture/Natural Resources Management/Development Studies
• 1 year work related learning experience in the relevant field.
• Ability to work under strenuous conditions
• Excellent report writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
