Duties and responsibilities
Designing and implementation of on the good sustainable agriculture and community-based initiatives; To identify organization’s business opportunities, market demand and come up with appropriate strategies and advise management with recommendations; Must be an innovative and business-oriented person with sound knowledge of business management and organizational dynamics; Vast knowledge in Marketing and market linkages and ISAL concept; Improve financial literacy and enhance entrepreneurship of targeted population; Ensure that risk is effectively addressed in all aspects of the project; Knowledge on Food Distributions under WFP and COVID-19 guidelines; Ensure that weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are regularly submitted to the Head office on agreed timelines; Assist in preparation of project budgets and forecasts and record keeping; Ability to work and meet targets under minimum supervision; Very good in adaptation to new environments especially rural areas; Able to ride a motorbike; Must be a team player
