POST : Principal Registered Estate Agent
Job Summary
We urgently require the services of a registered real estate agent to take the business to the next level.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Oversight responsibility of the real estate business
2. Property development project management
3. Ensure compliance with EACZ regulations and any other compliance areas
4. Develop the sales and property management portfolio
5. Develop business strategies to enable the business to become one of the industry players
Qualifications And Experience
1. Must be registered with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe
2. Diploma/degree in real Estate or Business
3. Membership of the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe as an added advantage
4. At least 2 years in real Estate sales industry
