Job Summary
Suitably qualified, experienced and motivated candidates are invited to apply for the position of Agent Banking Officer which has arisen within Agent Banking Department.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepares performance daily report and sales activity schedules.
- Identifies and assesses new Bank Agents and customers
- Arranges Agent / Customer visits in liaison with the Agent Banking Manager
- Communicates with Agents and Customers on new product offerings and changes in business conditions.
- Coordinates and directs sales for all Agents and Ambassadors
- Reviews Agent individual performance and recommends action plan for non-performing Agents
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance / any Commercial degree
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a Banking environment
