JOB ADVERTISEMENT: ADMINISTRATOR (WAREHOUSE & OFFICE) Location: Harare – MsasaWorking Days: 6 days per weekSalary Range: USD 300 – 350 per month (subject to review) A growing organisation is seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks in a warehouse and office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative and clerical duties
- Cash handling for day-to-day operational transactions
- Assisting with purchasing and procurement of basic supplies
- Supporting warehouse operations with coordination and daily tasks
- Assisting with client relations, including basic customer interaction and follow-ups
- Managing correspondence and internal communication
- Providing routine administrative support to operations and management
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role
- Experience with cash handling and purchasing is an added advantage
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High level of honesty, accuracy, and accountability
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (email, Word, Excel)
- Valid driver’s licence (preferred)
- Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications
Salary
USD 300 – 350 per month
