The Administrator will play a key role in managing customer interactions, coordinating office processes, maintaining proper records, and assisting with reporting and scheduling. In addition, the role requires proactive problem-solving, effective use of Microsoft Office and AI tools, and strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service.
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Office 365 to prepare reports, track data, and manage schedules.
- Conduct research using the Internet and AI tools to support business needs.
- Assist management with multi-skilling responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and quick thinking.

Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

- Fluent in Shona and English (oral and written).
