Key Responsibilities
- Managing front-office duties and attending to clients professionally
- Handling phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Assisting with scheduling, coordination, and office administration
- Supporting management and other departments with administrative tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of records
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role (added advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive matters with empathy
- Highly organized, honest, and professional
