Job summary
Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, the Administration Officer is responsible for office management, financial management, logistics, procurement, inventory management, human resources and all issues related to the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
Qualifications and experience
5 “O” levels including English Language; Higher national diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Administration; 3-5 years experience in administration preferably in an NGO environment; Computer literate and ability to operate a computerized bookkeeping system.
Required competencies
Highly motivated self-starter who takes direction well, but also works independently; Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure; Sensitivity to privileged information/confidentiality; Attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English; A clean Class 4 driver’s license.
