POST: Administration Officer REF: ZPCHO 01/2021
The incumbent reports to the Senior Manager — Human Resources at ZPC Head Office. The main purpose of the job is to ensure that the Company’s assets (buildings and transport are maintained in a cost-effective, safe and secure environment and to ensure the effective provision of office management services on a daily basis.
Duties And Responsibilities
Key Performance Areas
• Ensures effective transport administration of ZPC Head Office vehicles.
• Maintains office supplies, stationery and equipment.
• Controls and maintain records of all incoming Office related correspondences.
• Maintains the condition of the office and arranging of necessary repairs albeit building maintenance or office furniture and workstations.
• Manages drivers/messengers and office attendants, delegating tasks, monitor and supervise work carried out by staff to ensure that it is of the required standard.
• Ensures alignment between offices with relation to vendors, policies and procedures where applicable.
• Controls and records all confidential documentation relating to Office Building and maintenance.
• Participates in organisation of office layout and seating arrangements.
• Provides input into office management budget requirements and manages operational expenditure and budget.
