Job Summary

Duties And Responsibilities
Include administration work, secretarial duties, office management, book-keeping and other tasks as assigned by Senior Management.

Qualifications And Experience
›- At least a National Diploma in Administration/Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
›- Highly developed organizational and administrative skills.
›- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Administration Field.
›- Excellent and proven computer skills.
›- Proven ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail.
›- Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality.

The desired candidate should be a dependable team player who is self-driven and have the ability to excellently perform under minimum supervision. A clean class 4 driver’s licence is desirable for this position.
