Administration And Human Resources Manager (Grade 10)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Dealing with Labour related issues
    • General Council administration
    • Design and implementing Human Resources and Administration policies
    • Human Resources management• Industrial Relations Management
    • Staff motivation and conflict management
    • Crafting departmental budget
    • Human Resources Committee Management

Qualifications and Experience

  1. A degree from a recognised university in Human Resources or
    2. A social Science degree plus a recognised Human Resources/ Labour Relations diploma
    3. A relevant master’s degree is an added advantage
    4. At least four years post qualification experience in middle or senior management in a Human Resources and Administration position. Local Government experience is an added advantage
    5. At least 40 years old and mature
    6. A citizen of Zimbabwe
    7. A clean criminal record
    8. A clean record of service within the local government fraternity
    9. A class 4 driver’s licence is a must
