Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person, logging queries and ensuring proper routing.
- Assist customers with understanding products, premiums, policy status, and claims process in clear, simple language.
- Maintain and update customer and policy records (digital and physical).
- Support policy administration tasks, including issuing policy documents and assisting with renewals or cancellations.
- Manage office logistics, supplies, and basic record-keeping.
- Assist with basic reporting, follow-ups, and coordination across the team.
- Support the agent network with administrative guidance and customer query resolution.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and aligned with company standards.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Insurance, or related field; degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years’ experience in administration, office support, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with basic data entry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
