National Foods Logistics (Pvt) Ltd, an outbound distribution and warehousing company of fast-moving consumer goods, seeks applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and self-driven candidates to be considered for the following opportunity that have arisen in the business.
Reporting to the Accounts Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Duties And Responsibilities
• Capturing and processing Workshop Department daily/weekly/monthly stock issues.
• Capture and process pallet wrap usages.
• Issuing of stationery and keeping the relevant records.
• Receiving fuel and carrying out daily fuel dips and circulating usage report and balances.
• Carrying out monthly Stock take and compiling reports on inventory variance and valuation reports.
• Taking part in all stock recounts/verification exercises.
• Capturing of all GRV’s (workshop items, stationery, pallet wraps and fuel)
• Carrying out other tasks as assigned
Qualifications And Experience
• Degree/HND Diploma in Accounting or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as an Inventory clerk or similar role
• Knowledge of SAGE evolution software is an added advantage.
• Must be proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills; and excellent analytical skills
• Must be prepared to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Experience in a Distribution/Logistics will be an added advantage.
