Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Prepare and process payroll-related transactions
- Prepare and submit statutory returns, including PAYE, NSSA, ZIMRA Tax Returns (VAT, QPDs, and other taxes)
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role
