Accounts Clerk (Expenditure) – (Bulawayo x1; Masvingo x1; Mutare x1)
Reporting to the Bookkeeper (Expenditure), the successful candidate will pay all NSSA
administrative expenses timeously as well as safeguarding organisational funds that
may be prone to fraudulent activities.
Key Outputs
Compile payment vouchers and write RTGS bank transfers in preparation for
payment.
Capture all daily expenditure vouchers generated into the cash book as well
as on the sun system.
File all vouchers and receipts as well as all necessary documents for record
keeping and reference purposes
Prepare bi-monthly returns of imprest and expenditure variance analysis to
Head Office for control of the imprest account.
Attend to client queries concerning non receipt of payments to ensure client
satisfaction.
Handle petty cash for payment of daily expenditure items in order to facilitate
efficiency in operations.
Record all Travel and Subsistence advances issued to staff members and
clearing their ledgers after payments are done.
Qualifying Requirements
A National Diploma in Accounting.
1-3 years’ experience.
