Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and supporting financial documentation.
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including journals, ledgers and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process and maintain records of supplier invoices, payments and expenses.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax submissions and returns.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial transactions.
- Assist with stock, asset and expenditure reconciliations.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, suppliers and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Support management with financial analysis and other finance-related duties.
