We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Accounts Intern / Attaché to join our Finance & Accounts team. The successful candidate will gain practical experience in accounting, financial administration, record keeping, and general finance operations while supporting the day-to-day activities of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with capturing and processing financial transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations under supervision.
  • Assist with preparation and filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
  • Support the Finance team with data entry and updating accounting records.
  • Assist with monthly financial reports and schedules.
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documents.
  • Assist with stock/inventory reconciliations where applicable.
  • Support the team during audits and other financial reviews.
  • Perform any other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently studying towards a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Students requiring industrial attachment are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
