Key Responsibilities
- Support the clean-up, capturing, filing and verification of finance records.
- Input backlog data into SAP accurately.
- Maintain electronic filing systems.
- Perform ZIMRA fiscalisation compliance checks.
- Assist with asset tagging and maintenance of the asset register.
- Support finance administration and internal control processes.
- Work under the guidance of the Senior Accountant.
Requirements
- A recent Degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field.
- Internship, attachment or practical exposure in accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations or finance administration (an added advantage).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, electronic filing systems and accounting software.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, meet deadlines and develop within the accounting function.
