Key Responsibilities

  • Support the clean-up, capturing, filing and verification of finance records.
  • Input backlog data into SAP accurately.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems.
  • Perform ZIMRA fiscalisation compliance checks.
  • Assist with asset tagging and maintenance of the asset register.
  • Support finance administration and internal control processes.
  • Work under the guidance of the Senior Accountant.

Requirements

  • A recent Degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field.
  • Internship, attachment or practical exposure in accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations or finance administration (an added advantage).
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, electronic filing systems and accounting software.
  • Willingness to learn, follow instructions, meet deadlines and develop within the accounting function.
