JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• General ledger entries and reporting of debtors activity
• Customer pricing tracker creation and maintenance
• Debtors reconciliations and issuing customer statements
• Evaluate A&M expenses vs budget
• Forecasting for A&M expenses
• Evaluate depot profitability and give recommendations for performance improvement
• Supervise lower-level personnel
• Inventory Control
• Staff Incentive planning and payment processing
• Depot expenses monitoring and booking by cost centre

REQUIREMENTS

• Accounting Degree or Equivalent
• At least 5 years experience
• Experience in an FMCG will be an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and procedures
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Documentation and organisation skills
