Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with corporate customers and travel trade partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Maximise revenue while reducing the cost of sales.
  • Ensure maximum value from existing commercial agreements.
  • Identify, acquire and develop new corporate and leisure accounts.
  • Prepare and implement account development plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in a commercial, customer-facing role (aviation/travel preferred)
  • Knowledge of GDS, ticketing, Salesforce and sales systems.
  • Excellent analytical skill, ability to interpret data and trends
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office + fluent English
  • You must also have the current right to live and work in Zimbabwe to be considered for this role.
