Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality tuition across ACCA papers within areas of expertise, preparing lesson plans, learning materials, progress tests and mock examinations.
  • Provide academic support and feedback to maximise student performance, pass rates and retention.
  • Coordinate the ACCA programme, including academic scheduling, examinations, student records and performance monitoring.
  • Serve as the primary academic contact for ACCA students liaising with ACCA and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
  • Support student recruitment, marketing initiatives and the growth of the Division.

Requirements

  • A fully qualified member of ACCA (in good standing) plus a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Proven lecturing or tuition experience at professional/ACCA level.
  • Sound, current technical knowledge across the ACCA syllabus, including financial reporting, audit and assurance, taxation and financial management.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage examination cycles and student records accurately.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and student-engagement skills.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and learning-management / virtual delivery platforms.
