• Procurement of goods and services in line with the organisations policy and procedure,
• Handling all import purchasing processes for raw materials and consumables,
• Monitoring performance of suppliers and generating information on supplier performance and developing an Approved Suppliers’ List,
• Negotiating with suppliers for better terms.
Qualifications And Experience
• A Degree or Diploma in Purchasing & Supply/ Procurement or equivalent from a recognised institution,
• A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role,
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pastel Accounting packages,
• Strong negotiating skills and a good understanding of pricing structures, exchange rates and expense implications.
