Purpose of the CA Programme
BancABC is looking for innovative and disruptive, young out of box thinkers to join our world-class 2021 Chartered Accountant Traineeship Program. Prospective candidates must be self-driven, extremely motivated and prepared to work in a high-paced disruptive environment while studying for their professional qualification
Because our trainees will become an integral part of our finance function, the BancABC training programme will expose you to the finance industry and include support structures focused on your development, both personally and professionally.
Successful candidates are expected to become a part of the bank’s digital transformation agenda and support the delivery of leading fintech (financial technology) solutions across various markets. Successful candidates are expected to undergo a 3 Year intensive training program.
Qualifying criteria:
- At least a 2.1 (upper second) in B.Com Accounting with CTA or equivalent Degree
- Must be 25 years old or younger
