Opportunities have arisen within a local NGO working nationally to empower adolescent girls and young women in Zimbabwe socially, economically and psychologically through the use of targeted interventions such as Girls Rights Clubs, Skills Trainings and Health Promotion initiatives. The organization is looking for volunteers under the age of 30 to participate in this opportunity, which provides exposure and experience in the NGO sector and an opportunity to deepen their knowledge and skills.
Duties And Responsibilities

Supporting all M & E initiatives for assigned grants / projects including motoring data quality, tracking the progress of activities; Developing the overall framework for project M&E; Working closely with Projects Coordinator.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications
A qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation from an accredited institution with sound knowledge in designing and implementing M&E tasks; Knowledge on writing reports, and designing tools for data collection, analysis and production of reports; Good interpersonal and communications skills; Knowledge of managing databases; Advanced written and spoken English; Competences in using computer packages including Excel, STATA or SPSS will be an added advantage;
