Duties And Responsibilities
Highly skilled in answering multiple telephone line systems.
Good maintenance of the reception area
In-depth knowledge of directing callers to the right person
Thorough understanding of monitoring visitor access
Ability to update appointment calendars, and schedules and maintain meeting rooms.
Excellent knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Ability to give accurate and detailed information to visitors and callers.
REQUIREMENTS
2 Years Experience in a similar position
Good computer knowledge and skills
Diploma in Office Management
Accounting Knowledge added advantage.
