Job Title: HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – EXECUTIVE ROLE
Role Purpose:
We are looking for a senior executive to lead strategic sales growth, market expansion, and cross-functional integration. The ideal candidate has experience sitting on an EXCO and driving measurable business results through strong leadership, analytics, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy, KPIs, and performance reviews across all teams.
- Drive engagement with top clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales reporting, analytics, and forecasts using Power BI and CRM tools.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Align sales with operations, supply chain, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the sales team.
- Champion innovation, digital tools, and pilot initiatives.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in senior sales/business development roles with EXCO experience.
- Proven ability to lead large teams, drive KPIs, and deliver results.
- Strong expertise in CRM, Power BI, and data-driven decision-making.
- Track record in market expansion, debtor management, and new product launches.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
