Lionvale Academy is seeking a qualified and experienced educator to join our team and inspire learners through excellence in Shona and Family & Religious Studies (FRS), teaching up to A Level.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments in line with curriculum standards.
- Teach Shona and FRS up to A Level.
- Promote cultural identity, moral values, and holistic learner development.
- Support learners in academic and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Lionvale Academy’s ethos.
Requirements
- A degree in Languages and/or Religious Studies and recognized teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at secondary school level.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to integrate ICT in lesson delivery is an added advantage.
- Dedication to professional growth and innovative teaching methods.
