Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train existing staff on the required daily duties
• Supervise daily broiler farm activities including feeding, watering, cleaning, and monitoring flock conditions.
• Ensure proper housing, ventilation, and temperature control for optimal bird growth.
• Implement and enforce biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Monitor feed conversion ratios, growth rates, and mortality levels.
• Sign tasks and monitor performance to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Promote a safe, clean, and productive working environment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Manage inventory of feed, medicines, and farm supplies.
• Report operational challenges and recommend improvements to management.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in poultry farming, with a focus on broilers.
• Strong knowledge of broiler nutrition, health management, and biosecurity.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
