Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales volumes and ensure all produced products are sold through effective route and market management.
• Provide timely demand feedback to Production and Distribution teams.
• Structure and optimize distribution routes to ensure timely deliveries and route viability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Analyse daily sales and operational statistics including returns, fuel usage, cash collections, and route performance.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to support strategy.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, including performance management and succession planning.
• Prepare and present accurate sales and performance reports for management reviews.

Requirements

• A Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or any related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within an FMCG environment.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of route-to-market operations and sales planning.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• High integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
